Anything (for example: letters, statements, edicts and even Psak Dinim) this so called Beth Din has done (past and present) has been on direct orders of the cabal who run the corrupt CHJCC. This fact became very obvious with THIS letter, which when coming under extreme fire was defended by non other then the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council, inc. Why was it defended by the CHJCC? CHJCC Does Not File 990 For Fiscal Year 2010-2011

Why hasn’t the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council, Inc. filed for fiscal year 2010-2011, yet?

The answer is very simple, their in a jam. Ever since whoishmira.com a.k.a. chleaks.com started to expose [some of] the corruption and fraud taking place at the CHJCC, it has been extremely hard for them to hide their corruption.

The CHJCC filed late for fiscal year 2009-2010 and ended up spending over $55,000 on  accounting alone (at least thats what they filed), for that tax year.
